LAW No. 89 of 23 December 1993 relating to some of the Government Ordinance issued on the basis of law No. 81/1992 on empowering the Government to issue ordinances and authorization of contracting foreign loans and ISSUING guarantee PARLIAMENT Published in MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 312 of 29 December 1993, the Parliament of Romania adopts this law: sole article approving the following ordinances issued under law No. 81/1992 on empowering the Government to issue ordinances and authorization of commitment and guarantee foreign loans: 1. Ordinance No. 17 of 20 august 1992 on the introduction of study at higher education in the academic year 1992/93, for students admitted across the tuition plan approved by Government decision, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 209/1992;
2. Order No. 24 of 21 august 1992 on the establishment of consular services and the charges levied for the provision thereof, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 215/1992, with the following change: a) annex. 1 shall read as follows: Appendix 1 CONSULAR FEE for services rendered in the country no. crt.
Designation Fee-services-a. passport Issue 1.
The issue or extension of validity of a passport or other document 19,000 2 border crossing.
The issue or extension of a passport official times special permit of the border crossing of 19,000 3 service.
The issue of a passport in more people for each person 4,150 4.
Subsequent entry in the Passport to children under 14 years of age, each person 2,100 B Visas for crossing the border or temporary residence 1.
Exit visas for foreign nationals who come temporarily no longer have the travel document with which they entered Romania 8,300 2.
Final exit visa granted to foreigners residing in Romania 12,500 3.
For extension of temporary right of residence to foreign nationals are subject to the fees set out in the annex. 2 for entry visas granted by diplomatic missions and consular offices of Romania, converted into lei of Exchange.

Purchase of any judicial and extrajudicial documents, acts at the request of the diplomatic missions and consular posts, including of foreign individuals or foreign legal 12,500 4.
Identification of persons on Romanian territory 21,000 e. consular services and Other benefits 12,500 note: 1. For each registration application for the provision of services referred to in points. 2,100 2 a to E. For services rendered, urgently, to foreign nationals, are subject to an additional charge equivalent in lei, $ 6 S.U.A. "
3. Ordinance No. 26 of 26 august 1992 concerning the fees for licences, permits and authorizations for the construction, which was published in the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 215/1992.
This law was adopted by the Chamber of deputies at its meeting on 14 December 1993, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 para. (2) of the Constitution of Romania.
