The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC The following ordinances issued under Law no. 81/1992 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances and authorization of contracting and guaranteeing of external credits: 1. Ordinance no. 17 17 of 20 August 1992 on the introduction of the study fee to state higher education in the academic year 1992/1993, for students admitted over the tuition plan approved by Government decision, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 209/1992 209/1992; 2. Ordinance no. 24 24 of 21 August 1992 on the establishment of consular services and fees charged for their provision, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 213/1992, with the following amendment: a) Annex no. 1 1 will have the following content: Annex 1 CONSULAR FEES for services rendered in the country No. crt. Legalization services, procurement of judicial and extrajudicial documents, identification of persons 1.Legalization of seal and signatures on judicial documents and extrajudicial issued by the Romanian authorities. Legalization of signatures and seals on the certificates of origin of goods, commercial invoices and from any documents required for the export of goods from Romania29.100 3.Prosecution of any judicial and extrajudicial documents, at the request of the missions diplomatic and foreign consular offices, including foreign natural or legal persons 12,500 4.Identification of persons on the territory of Romania21.000 E. Other services and services NOTE: 1. For the registration of each request for the provision of the services provided in lett. A-E 2,100 2. For services provided, as a matter of urgency, to foreign citizens, an additional fee is charged in lei, equivalent to 6 U.S. dollars " 3. Ordinance no. 26 26 of 26 August 1992 on the fees for issuing certificates, approvals and authorizations in the field of construction, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 215/1992 215/1992. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of December 14, 1993, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
