CHAMBER OF DEPUTIES PRESIDENT ADRIAN NASTASE Dear Deputy Minister, With reference to the Agreement between the Government of Romania and the Government of the People's Republic of China on the delivery by the Chinese side of goods on credit to the Romanian side, signed on July 8, 1991, I have the honor to communicate to you, from the power the following: On the basis of your acceptance, in principle, on the proposal of the Romanian side, which you were kind enough to communicate to me during the visit to Romania from 13 to 17 July 1992, the Romanian Government decided to take over commercial, sugar for population consumption, worth $18 million U.S., by replacing corn, rice, cotton knitwear and cotton fabrics. In this situation, Annex no. 1 to the Credit Agreement is to be amended as follows: 1. Refined white sugar-$18 million U.S. 2. Medicines-$2 million U.S. Please be kindly to confirm my Government's agreement on the above. Department head foreign trade, secretary of state, dr. US dollars, set out in Annex no 1 to the Agreement on delivery by the Chinese side of goods on credit to the Romanian side. Accordingly, Annex no. 1 1 is amended as follows: 1.
