The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Romania adheres to the Convention on the Protection of the Ozone Layer, adopted in Vienna on 22 March 1985, and to the Protocol on substances that deplete the ozone layer, adopted in Montreal on 16 September 1987, and accepts the Amendment to the Protocol of in Montreal on substances that deplete the ozone layer, adopted at the second meeting of the parties, in London, on 27-29 June 1990. This law was passed by the Senate at the meeting of 18 November 1993, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
