The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Provisions art. V para. 6 6 of Law no. 59/1993 to amend the Code of Civil Procedure, the Family Code, the Law of Administrative Litigation no. 29/1990 and a Law no. 94/1992 on the organisation and functioning of the Court of Auditors shall also apply to the final judgments of the Court of Justice of 1 July 1993 until 26 July 1993, the date of entry into force of the Law no. 59/1993 . The 60-day period for the introduction of the appeal against the decisions shown in paragraph 1 begins to run from the date of publication of this law in the Official Gazette of Romania. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of September 16, 1993, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (1) of the Romanian Constitution. p.
