The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 Individuals whose agricultural lands have passed into state property, as an effect of special laws, other than expropriation, and are in the patrimony of autonomous regions with agricultural activity, institutes and resorts. research and agricultural production, will receive 10% of the profit obtained per hectare of agricultural activity for 1992, but not less than the value of 300 kg of STAS wheat per hectare, calculated at the purchase price of the wheat from the date of payment. Given that autonomous regions with agricultural activity, institutes and agricultural research and production resorts have made a lower profit than the amounts due according to par. 1 or did not make a profit, the differences are included in the expenses of 1993. + Article 2 The regularization of the corporate tax will be made by the general directorates of the public finances and the county state financial control and the city of Bucharest, on account of the tax due in 1993, pursuant to the supporting documentation presented by the units provided in art. 1. + Article 3 Individuals who did not receive their rights for the year 1991 pursuant to art. 1. of Law no. 46/1992, as well as those who benefit from the provisions of this law are entitled to claim them within the general limitation period provided by law. Applications are exempt from stamp duty. + Article 4 The amounts due to individuals, according to the provisions of this law, are non-taxable. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on March 23, 1993, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (1) of the Romanian Constitution.
