Law No. 182 of 28 June 1930 for public Cassieriilor the amounts paid during the portfolio dela dela April 1 1926 until 1929 Decemvrie ISSUING 31 PARLIAMENT Published in MONITORUL OFICIAL nr. 142 of 30 June 1930 Article 1 opens on behalf of the Ministry of finance a loan in the amount of MDL's extraordinary 4,453,613,940 for start and authorisation of all payments made and for which the supporting documents held as cash in the financial administrations cassele Cassieriei central to the public Treasury and State Monopolies has become Cassieriei Overhead Cassa monopolies Autonomous Kingdom of Romania, on February 7, 1929.

Article 2 these loans shall be allocated as follows: a) Lei 2,781,039,251-for start and authorisation of payments on the basis of laws relating to State portfolio;

b 1,492,191,413-Lei) for start and authorisation of payments on the basis of the portfolio relating to General Cadorna hostels;

c) Lei 180,383,276-start accounting for what claims Directed to different State Monopolies has what authorities were part of the general budget of the State.

Article 3 All these supporting documents kept in public as cassele cash, will be checked by a Comisiune of the Ministry of finance, set up for this purpose, and will order only those acts who will find that am the arresters are made for payment. Article 4 This extraordinary credit will go in State accounts into a new account which will open the "Treasury", under the name "Advances" of the study. This account will be covered by future budgetary surpluses.

Article 5 General Pat hostels remain obliged to reimburse the public Treasury, under law No. 1,104 auspices of 12 April 1928, his contributions to the compensation due, Dan and the amounts will remain neintrebuintate from subsidies that were granted by the State, with effect 1 January 1926 dela.
