Law No. 150 of 12 June 1930 for modification of dispoziţiuni of law for the Court of Cassation and of the law on judicial organization ISSUING the PARLIAMENT Published in MONITORUL OFICIAL nr. 127 of 12 June 1930 Article 1 Dispoziţiunile article 3. 3, paragraph 1, 3 and 4 of the law on the Court of Cassation and justice shall modify such as follows: Art. 3, para. 3.-each section shall consist of a Chairman and the number ' advisors: section I-23 Councillors; section II-16 Councillors and section III-16 Councillors.
Paragraphs 1 and 2. 4.-one counselor from each section will be generally as a delegate, in accordance with the law of court organization, the central Committee for review. The whole time so this delegaţiune, counselors may not work in delegates. The breakdown between the three sections of the High Court, the current central Committee delegates advisors review, will be made by Royal Decree after the implementation of this law. "


Article 2 (2). 8 of art. 29 of the law on the judiciary shall be completed as well as follows: "these advisers will be assigned to sections beginning with section I; If their number exceeds that of the sections, counselors will be assigned why abound following the same rule. Time delegaţiunea lasts will be counted in the qualifying period laid down by the law of the judiciary regarding seniority and advancing.
