Law No. 144 of 8 June 1930 for repeal through which he received the surrender of Highness King Prince Charles in the succession to the throne and rule of law whereby the Representative receives her Majesty called Regency King Ferdinand I the ISSUER published in PARLIAMENT OFFICIAL GAZETTE nr. 124 bis of 8 June 1930 Article UNIQUE legislators met in a single Assembly and constituted in the National Reprezentatiune, said the Law which was voided by the high: Royal Decree No. 13, published in Official Gazette No. 4 of 5 January 1926, through which he received the surrender of Highness King Prince Charles in the succession, and all rights, titles and privileges to which by virtue of the Constitution and the Statute, enjoy the Prince heir of Romania and a member of the Ruling Family.
Declare also annulled the law promulgated by the Royal Decree No. 14 of January 4, 1926, through which the National Representative of the Regent called receives his Majesty King Ferdinand i. In consequence, on the basis of article 77 and 79 of the Constitution, National Reprezentatiunea noticed that the succession of Romania should be rightfully Highness Prince Charles King, direct and legitimate coborator in order of men's King Ferdinand primogenitura i. voted National Reprezentatiunea on 8 June 1930.
