+ Article UNIC The legislative bodies, meeting in one Assembly and constituted as the National Representation, declare annulled: The law promulgated by the high royal decree No. 13, published in the Official Gazette No. 4 of 5 January 1926, which received the renunciation of His Highness the King of Prince Charles to the succession of the Throne and to all rights, titles and prerogatives of which, by virtue of the Constitution and the Royal Statutes, enjoys as Crown Prince of Romania and as a Member of the Lady Family. Declare also annulled the law promulgated by the high Royal decree with No. 14 of January 4, 1926 , through which the National Representation receives the Regency appointed by His Majesty King Ferdinand I. Accordingly, on the basis of art. 77 and 79 of the Constitution, the National Representation finds that the succession of the Romanian Throne is due to the right of His Highness the King of Prince Carol, direct and legitimate descending, in order of the men's primogeniture of King Ferdinand I. Voted by the National Representation on 8 June 1930. -----------
