+ Article 1 They will be punished with correctional imprisonment from 3 months to 2 years all those who will be spread in public through publications, brochures, newspapers, circulars, posters or will be colported by live grai untrue facts of nature to cause panic or to The safety of the State, public order or peace of citizens. When the public spread of untrue facts through the means shown above could achieve confidence in the credit of the State, the State-guaranteed Credit Institutions, as well as the particular credit institutions, or a danger or a flouting for public and private credit, the sentence will be from 6 months to 3 years correctional imprisonment. + Article 2 They will be punished with correctional imprisonment from one year up to 3 years all those who will be brought to public knowledge acts or deeds regarding higher state interests, secrets, by their nature or declared such a law. When the disclosure of the documents or facts shown above will be committed by the very ones charged with their preservation, the punishment will be the maximum of the correctional prison. + Article 3 The trial of these crimes will be done by the correctional courts in the first instance. In all cases the pursuit of those who have committed any of the crimes punishable by this law will only be able to start from the initiative or with the approval of one of the heads of the departments whose interests have been harmed. Trials will be judged urgently and especially before all other processes. + Article 4 Public and private action on the offences set out above shall be prescribed after one year of their enjoyment.
