Law No. 51 of 2 April 1930 in defence of peace and the credit CARD ISSUING country's PARLIAMENT Published in MONITORUL OFICIAL nr. 75 of 2 April 1930 in article 1 shall be punished by imprisonment from 3 months till correctional dela 2 years all those who will be spread to the public through publicaţiuni, brochures, newspapers, circular, posters or will be colportat mouth incorrect facts of nature to cause panic or turbura the safety of the State, public order or tranquillity of citizens.
When the spread in public by means of untrue facts shown above would be able to achieve confidence in the credit of the State, credit institutions guaranteed by the State, as well as of private credit, institutiunilor or will be caused a danger or a public credit and Wherefore the private punishment will be dela 6 months to 3 years in prison correctional facility.
Article 2 shall be punished by imprisonment for one year correctional dela untill 3 years all those who will be brought to the public's knowledge of acts or facts concerning the higher interests of the State secret, by their nature or declared such a law.
When disclosure of acts or facts referred to above will be done by those charged with keeping their punishment will be maximum correctional prison.
Article 3 the judgment will be doing robberies of correctional courts in the first instance.
In all cases the pursuit of those that have committed any of the offences punished by this law will not be able to start only on the initiative of or with the approval of one of the heads of the departments whose interests have been damaged. Processes will judge the urgency and, in particular, ahead of all other processes.
Article 4 public and private Action with regard to the crimes referred to above shall be subject to a one-year holding their dela.
