LEGE No. 126 of 22 December 1992 on the repeal of certain normative acts in the field of health protection

The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC The following normative acts are repealed: 1. Decree no. 452/1969 on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Health, published in B. Of. 59 59 of 22.05.1969; 2. Decree no. 296/1973 on the establishment of uniform rules of structure for health facilities, published in B. Of. no. 68 68 of 14.05.1973; 3. Decree no. 116/1975 on the Higher Health Council published in B. Of. no. 109 109 of 28.10.1975; 4. Decree no. 244/1976 approving the Regulation on the organization and conduct of the contest for obtaining by the primary doctors of grades I and II, published in B. Of. no. 74 74 of 23.07.1976; 5. Decree no. 436/1978 on the distribution of graduates of medical and pharmaceutical higher education institutions, published in B. Of. no. 95 95 of 4.11.1978; 6. Decree no. 94/1979 on the donation of blood for therapeutic purposes, published in B. Of. no. 26 26 of 13.03.1979; 7. Decree no. 279/1983 on the regulation of paid health care, published in B. Of. no. 60 60 of 01.08.1983; 8. Art. 50 and 51, as well as any provisions relating to the Superior Sanitary Council of Law no. 3/1978 on population health insurance, published in B. Of. no. 54 54 of 10.07.1978. This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at the meeting of December 14, 1992, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution.
