The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Approval Government Ordinance no. 3 3 of 27 July 1992 on value added tax, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 200 200 of 17 August 1992. Art. 41 41 para. 1 changes and will have the following content: "The provisions of this ordinance shall apply from the date fixed by law." This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of December 23, 1992, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT prof. univ.
