The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Audiovisual Law no. 48/1992 , published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 104 of 25 May 1992 is amended as follows: Paragraph 1 of Article 43 is amended and shall read as follows: " Public legal entities, other than those provided by art. 41, and autonomous regions in the field of telecommunications, as well as private ones that, on the date of entry into force of this law, operate authorized will be able to continue their activity until December 31, 1992. " This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of September 2, 1992, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (1) of the Romanian Constitution.
