Law no. 87 87 of 22 July 1992 was published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 181 181 of 30 July 1992. The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 (1) Graduates of higher education, high school, post-secondary, vocational and complementary schools and apprentices, with or without a bachelor's, baccalaureate exam, or graduation exam, class 1992, engage in work on the posts offered by economic agents and public institutions. (2) Commercial companies, autonomous regions and other economic agents, as well as public institutions will establish vacancies, on specialties, in which graduates of higher education, high school, post-secondary, professional, and complementary schools and apprentices and will communicate to the county departments of work and social protection, in order to transmit them to the Ministry of Education, for graduates of higher education, and county school inspectorates, for graduates of high school, post-secondary, vocational education and complementary schools and apprentices. (3) The employment of graduates of university, medical-pharmaceutical and artistic higher education in educational establishments, health or culture units will be made, as the case may be, by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry Culture, within the limits of vacancies. + Article 2 (1) Graduates of high schools, class 1992, can engage in work on the posts offered by economic agents or public institutions, in order to qualify in a profession established by those who hire, which will be completed with theoretical and practical examination and issue of certificate of qualification. (2) Graduates of specialized post-secondary schools engage on the posts offered by economic agents or public institutions, corresponding to professional training provided through school. (3) Graduates of vocational schools and complementary schools and apprentices engage on the posts offered by economic agents or public institutions, corresponding to professional training provided through school. + Article 3 (1) Economic agents with state or private capital and public institutions employing graduates from the class of 1992 receive for each graduate, for the first 9 months of employment, the related salary fund, equivalent to 70% of the minimum wage per country, gross, indexed, for those with higher education, and 60% of the minimum wage per country, gross, indexed, for high school graduates, post-secondary schools, professional and complementary schools and apprentices. (2) The amounts necessary for the payment of salaries, under the conditions provided in par. (1), shall be transferred monthly to economic agents, namely public institutions, labor and social protection departments, from the fund for the payment of unemployment benefits, based on the provisions art. 23 lit. b) of Law no. 1/1991 * *). + Article 4 Establishment and transfer to economic agents or public institutions of the salary fund provided in art. 3, for graduates from the class of 1992, employed, will be made according to the instructions issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection. + Article 5 Art. 1 1 para.
