LAW No. 61 of 30 June 1992 on State social insurance budget on the 1992 PARLIAMENT ISSUING published in MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 153 of 3 July 1992, the Romanian Parliament adopts this law.
Article 1 (1) the State social insurance Budget for year 1992 includes centralized and distributed funds for the granting of rights, pension benefits in case of illness, accident, maternity, and other recovery measures to protect what is granted according to the law, within the framework of social security.
(2) revenue and expenditure were established on the basis of legal regulations, due account and influences resulting from the indexation of salaries, pensions and other rights stipulated by the law.
Article 2 (1) of the State social insurance budget for year 1992 to income in the amount of 415,330 million lei, while expenditure amounting to 407,550 million, with a surplus of 7,780 billion lei, according to the annex. 1. -the contribution of employees and pensioners for spa treatment and rest, as well as other income and. ..
(3) the expenditure of the State social insurance budget for year 1992 shall be distributed as follows:-Social Security retirement State, social aid and other aid granted to pensioners, as well as their transmission costs.

-allowances for temporary incapacity for work due to sickness or accident, allowances for maternity leave and child care.
61,846.6 million lei;
-compensation for rising prices..
31,724.6 million lei;
-the reference to the spa treatment and rest, as well as other specific costs..
2,534 million them article 3 Funds for the additional pension to supplement social security system are set at 50,505 million from 22,995.3 million revenue and expenditure according to the annex. 2. Article 4 of the Fund's income and expenditures specifically for the payment of the unemployment benefit shall be determined according to schedule. 3. In article 5, the Government will submit Quarterly Parliament reports and proposals for changes in the volume of revenue and expenditure of the budget of State social insurance for the year 1992, as a result of the changes that have occurred in the evolution of social protection measures and adapting legislation.

This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate sitting in the commune on June 17, 1992, with respect. 74 para. (2) of the Constitution of Romania.
