LEGE No. 52 of 29 May 1992 on deposit of amounts in the account "Moldova"

The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 It is authorized the Romanian Government that from the reserve fund, provided in the state budget for 1992, to deposit in the account "Moldova", opened at "Bankcoop"-S.A., the amount of 150 million lei. + Article 2 For the amounts deposited in the account "Moldova" IN ANUL 1992, autonomous regions and companies are exempt from the payment of corporate tax. + Article 3 The Ministry of Economy and Finance will take the necessary measures to fulfill the provisions of the NOTE: Law no. 52 was adopted by the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies in the meetings of May 27, 1992 and May 28, 1992 respectively and was promulgated by Decree no. 112 112 of 28 May 1992.
