The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC The Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe was ratified, signed in Paris on 19 November 1990, with its eight Additional Protocols, the Declaration of Romania made on 14 June 1991 in Vienna at the Extraordinary Conference of the The Parties to the Treaty on Conventional Weapons in Europe and the Convention on the maximum levels for the quantities of conventional and technical armaments of the People's Republic of Bulgaria, the Federative Republic of Czech Republic and Slovak Republic, Poland, Romania, Republic of Hungary and the Union of Soviet Republics Socialist, signed in Budapest on 3 November 1990. This law was adopted by the Senate at the meeting of December 16, 1991, in compliance with the provisions of art 74 74 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution. SENATE PRESIDENT academician ALEXANDRU BIRLADEANU This law was adopted by the Chamber of Deputies at its meeting on February 26, 1992, in compliance with the provisions of 74 74 para.
