Law No 18 of March 4, 1992 on the ratification of the Treaty with regard to the conventional armed forces in Europe, signed in Paris on 19 November 1990, the Declaration of the extraordinary Conference in Vienna June 14, 1991, and the Convention as regards the maximum levels for quantities of armaments and conventional technique, signed at Budapest on 3 November 1990, published in PARLIAMENT ISSUING the OFFICIAL GAZETTE NR. 61 of 8 April 1992 the Parliament of Romania adopts this law.
The sole article Shall ratify the Treaty with respect to the conventional armed forces in Europe, signed in Paris on 19 November 1990, with eight additional protocols, Romania's Statement made on 14 June 1991 in Vienna within the framework of the extraordinary Conference of the States parties to the Treaty with regard to conventional weapons in Europe, as well as the Convention on maximum levels for quantities of conventional armaments and the technique of the people's Republic of Bulgaria The Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, Poland and Slovak Republic, Romania, the Republic of Hungary and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics signed at Budapest on 3 November 1990.
This law was adopted by the Senate at its meeting on 16 December 1991, in compliance with the provisions of art. 74 para. (2) of the Constitution of Romania.
