LAW No. 22 of 12 March 1992 for the amendment of Decree-Law No. 118/1990 concerning granting rights to persons persecuted for political reasons by the dictatorship, as well as the 06.03.1945 instated and those deported abroad, ISSUING prisoners published in PARLIAMENT OFFICIAL GAZETTE NR. 44 from 18 March 1992 Decree-Law No. 118/1990 concerning granting rights to persons persecuted for political reasons of dictatorship — established with effect from 6 March 1945, and those deported abroad times company formed in prisoners, republished in the Official Gazette, part I, no. 198 of 28 September 1991, alter it and make as follows: i. in article 3 paragraph 1 shall read as follows: "persons who have been in the situations referred to in article 1. 1 shall be entitled to a monthly allowance, non-taxable ceiling, of 650 lei, regardless of whether or not they are pensioners, for each year of internment, detention, arrest, imprisonment, deportation or resettlement. "
II. After paragraph 1. 1 of art. 3 insert a new paragraph with the following content: "the allowance provided for in paragraph 1. 1 will be indexed to the level of indexing wages and pensions, under the decision of the Government. "
III. paragraph 3 of article 7. 13 shall read as follows: "members of the Commission for the Payment of indemnities to the Central will be made beginning with its establishment by the establishment, and for County Commissioners and to Bucharest, from the date of receipt by the Central Committee and cease within 30 days of the expiry of the period for lodging applications."
IV. Article 15 shall read as follows: Art. 15.-applications for determination of rights provided for in this Decree-Law will be submitted to the county commissions: Central, Bucharest or the latest until 30 June 1992. '
V. Article 16 shall read as follows: Art. 16-Ministry of economy and finance will allocate the funds necessary for the payment of the rights provided by law, on the basis of the documentation submitted by the Ministry of labour and social security. "
