The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 It is established, starting with the date of publication in the Official Gazette of Romania of the present law, "Olympic Timbrul" in the amount of 5 lei, in favor of the Romanian Olympic Committee. The stamp provided in par. 1 will apply on each ticket sold at all sports events in the country and is included in the sale price of the ticket. The proceeds from the application of "Olympic Timbre" are not subject to payment of tax. + Article 2 The Romanian Olympic Committee, together with the relevant ministry will develop norms for the application of this law, in which to make provision for the young people of a separate record for the proceeds of this stamp and to ensure control about the destination of such funds. + Article 3 The organizers of the sports events have the obligation to apply the mobile stamp issued by the Romanian Olympic Committee or to apply, in agreement, the stamp inlaid on the entry tickets and to pay the amounts due, within 30 days, to the account Roman Olympic Committee. Non-compliance with the provisions 1 is sanctioned with a fine of 10,000 to 50,000 lei, according to the provisions of Law no. 32/1968 on establishing and sanctioning contraventions. This law was passed by the Senate at its meeting on September 16, 1991.
