LEGE No. 1 of 16 January 1992 on the repeal of certain normative acts

The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC The following laws and decrees are repealed: -Laws no.: 8/1972; 33/1968; -Decrees No: 162/1973; 175/1973; 502/1973; 58/1975; 469/1971; - Law no. 6/1988 on the legal state of socialist units based on the principles of working-class self-driving and economic and financial self-management, published in the Official Bulletin no. 36 36 of 4 July 1988; - Decree no. 92/1984 on the improvement of the organization of construction-assembly units in order to take over the execution of the preliminary works, published in the Official Bulletin no. 21 21 of 19 March 1984; - Decree no. 137/1984 on improving the organization of units with construction-assembly activity abroad, in order to take over the execution of works in the anthinning, published in the Official Bulletin no. 34 34 of 19 April - Presidential decree no. 2 2 of January 1976 on the application in the construction branch of the retrenched diversion prices for construction-assembly and construction repair works; - Decree no. 394 394 of 2 December 1976 on improving the production and delivery prices of the retrenched; - Decree no. 392 392 of 23 December 1980 on the updating and improvement of the correlation, on economic principles, of production and delivery prices in industry, of the prices of construction deviz and of tariffs on services rendered to socialist units; - Decree no. 232 232 of 26 June 1982 on the modification of production and delivery prices in industry, transport tariffs and deviz prices for construction-assembly activity; - Decree no. 86 86 of 27 March 1987 on the reduction of the consumption of building materials for investment; - Decree no. 259/1988 on how to approve the rules for material and energy consumption on products, services and in construction, published in the Official Bulletin no. 49 49 of 6 September 1988; - Decree no. 68/1980 on uniforms the rights of military equipment of the Ministry of National Defence and the Ministry of Interior in peacetime; - Decree no. 69/1980 on the peacetime food rights of the staff of the Ministry of National Defence and the Ministry of the Interior; - Decree no. 40/1985 on the establishment, organization and functioning of the Department for the production of defence and endowment of the army - Decree no. 390/1979 on the support of fines and penalties by socialist economic units, published in the Official Bulletin no. 88 88 of 15 November 1979; - Decree no. 841/1964 on the regulation of the indivision exit of the state published in the Official Bulletin no. 1 1 of 3 January 1965; - Decree-Law no. 5/1989 for the pursuit, trial and punishment of crimes, published in the Official Gazette no. 7 7 of 30 December 1989; - Decree no. 81/1985 on some measures regarding the improvement of the dispute resolution activity between the socialist units, published in the Official Bulletin no. 13 13 of 18 March 1985; - Decree no. 208/1976 on the assessment of damage to the public property through deprivation or degradation of goods, published in the Official Bulletin no. 63 63 of 5 July 1976, amended by Decree no. 339/1981 339/1981; --Article 3 of Decree-Law no. 84/1990 on the manufacture and sale of gold wedding rings for the population, published in the Official Gazette no. 30 30 of 22 February 1990. ------------------------
