LEGE No. 71 of 3 December 1991 on the establishment of the levy on the issue of land ownership

The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 For the services provided by the communal, city, municipal and county commissions on establishing the ownership of land and providing the necessary sources in order to prepare the operations to register the securities property in the legal cadastral record, the fee of 200lei/hectare or fraction of hectare is established for the issuance of the title according to Law no. 18/1991 18/1991 on the land fund. The fee is paid before the title is issued, at the units of the House of Savings and Consemnations or at the territorial fiscal bodies of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. + Article 2 Amounts collected by the bodies referred to in art. 1 shall be submitted to the budget of the central state administration in account 60.22 x "Proceeds from other sources". + Article 3 On the date of entry into force of this Law, the Government Decision no. 270/1991 on the imposition of the duty on the issue of land ownership, and any other provisions to the contrary. This law was passed by the Senate at its meeting on November 27, 1991.
