The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC. The Framework Agreement on financial cooperation between Romania and the European Investment Bank and the Financial Contract for the refurbishment of energy plants between Romania and the European Investment Bank and the Autonomous Electricity Regia "" Renel ', concluded in Luxembourg on 31 July 1991. This law was passed by the Senate at its meeting on October 28, 1991.
