The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article UNIC Romania adheres to the Convention on Wetlands, of International Importance, in particular as the habitat of aquatic birds, concluded in Ramsar on 2 February 1971, under the aegis of UNESCO, and amended by the Paris Protocol of 3 December 1982. This law was passed by the Assembly of Deputies at its meeting on 12 December 1990. PRESIDENT OF THE ASSEMBLY MARTIAN DAN This law was passed by the Senate at its meeting on January 17, 1991.
