The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 Article 67 (2) of the Municipal household law no. 4/1981 changes and will have the following contents: "The delay in the payment of the amounts due after the expiry of the payment deadline attracts increases of 0.5 percent for each day of delay; the amount of penalties will not exceed the amount of the debit." + Article 2 This Law shall enter into force on 1 January 1991. This law was passed by the Assembly of Deputies at its meeting on 26 November 1990. PRESIDENT OF THE ASSEMBLY MARTIAN DAN This law was passed by the Senate at its meeting on November 26, 1990.
