Law No. 19 of 9 October 1990 for Romania's accession to the Convention against torture and other punishments times cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment published in PARLIAMENT ISSUING the OFFICIAL GAZETTE nr. 112 of 10 October 1990, the Romanian Parliament adopts this law.
Romania accede to the Convention against torture and other punishments times cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment, adopted at New York on 10 December 1984.
This law was adopted by the Senate at its meeting on 11 September 1990.
