The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 It proclaims "1 December" the national day of Romania. + Article 2 Decision of the Council of Ministers no. 903 903 of 18 August 1949 on the declaration of August 23 as a national holiday, as well as any other provisions contrary to this law, shall be repealed.
