Law No. 10 of 31 July 1990 concerning the proclamation of a national day of Romania ISSUING PARLIAMENT Published in MONITORUL OFICIAL nr. 95 from 1 august 1990, the Parliament of Romania adopts this law.

Article 1 shall proclaim "December 1" national day of Romania.

Article 2 Decision the Council of Ministers No. 903 18 august 1949 declaring the day of 23 august as a national holiday, as well as any other provisions contrary to this law are hereby repealed.
This law was adopted by the Senate at its meeting of 30 July 1990.
