LAW no. 9 9 of 31 July 1990 on the temporary prohibition of the disposal of land by acts between vineyards

The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article 1 Until the adoption of a new legal regulation on the land fund regime, the alienation, by acts between vineyards, of land of any kind, located inside or outside the localities, is prohibited. From the provisions of par. 1 the land related to construction that is disposed of-including the yard-, in the area of no more than 1,000 square meters, is exempted. + Article 2 The prosecutor, the city hall, as well as any interested party, will be able to ask in justice for the declaration of invalidity of the legal acts of alienation, between vineyards, of the land provided 1 1 para. 1 1 concluded-regardless of the form-after the entry into force of Decree-Law no. 1/1989 and a Decree-Law no. 9/1989 , whether through these acts the public order was violated or whether they had an illicit or immoral cause. + Article 3 Estrangements of land of any kind, except those provided for in art. 1 1 para. 2, made by acts between vineyards, after the entry into force of this law, are void of law. + Article 4 The Government will develop and submit for adoption, by November 15, 1990, the draft new regulations on the land fund.
