Law No. 4 of 18 March 1975 to amend certain articles of the law No. 4/1973 on the development of housing building, selling housing from the State by the population and the construction of homes and personalty of the law nr. 5/1973 concerning the management of the housing stock and the regulation of the relationship between owners and tenants of the ISSUING NATIONAL ASSEMBLY and published in OFFICIAL GAZETTE No. 30 of 21 March 1975, National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Romania adopts this law.


Article 1 article 1. 35 of law No. 5/1973 change and shall read as follows: Art. 35.-For persons falling under a contract of employment or retirement with an average income per family member more than 1500 lei monthly, which have not built or bought the House personal property within the period specified by law, rent calculated according to art. 28-31 shall be increased as follows:-50% for cases where the respective remuneration, pension, which constituted the basis for the calculation of the rent, it's up to 1800 lei;
-75% with the respective remuneration, pension, is from 1801 until 2200 lei;
-100% with the remuneration, pension, respectively is more than 2200 lei.
Increased rent cannot exceed 20% of the respective remuneration, pension, which constituted the basis for the calculation of it. "


Article 2 the amount of the average monthly income of 1100 lei, on every Member of the family as provided for in art. 13(2). 1 and 4, art. 14. 1 and 2, art. 15 para. 2 and 3 and article. 17 para. 2 of law No. 4/73, and in art. and article 8. 10 of law No. 5/1973, is fixed at 1500 lei.
