CAROL I, Through the grace of God and the national will, Lord of the Romans, To all facia and future, sanety. The revising assemblies voted and We sanction what follows: LEGE revisuitore a art. 7 of the Constitution. + Article UNIC Instead of art. 7 of the Consitution, which is revisuesce, will be put as follows: + Article 7 The difference in religious beliefs and confessions does not constitute in Romania a hindrance to acquiring civil and political rights and esercitis. + § § I. --a). It will address the government's request for naturalisation, in which it will present the capital that possesses, the profession or the profession that esercita and the will to establish its domicile in Romania. b). He will live, following this request, for years in the cave and will prove, by his deeds, that it is useful to her. + § § II. --a). Those who will be brought to the tera industries, useful inventions or distinguished talents or who will be founded here large establishments of comerciu or industry. b). At the meeting of 6 Octombre 1879, the Assembly of Deputies, in accordance with art. 129 of the Constitution, in numer of one-hundred-four-therefore and three present deputies, from one-hundred-four-so also five, which is the total number of its members, voted this law with a constitutional majority of one-hundred-three-so also two votes, against nines, being also two abstentions from voting. At the meeting of 11 Octombre 1879, the Senate of Romania, in accordance with art. 129 of the Constitution, in the numer of five-so and nine present senators, from septe-so, which is the total name of the members of the saddle, voted this law with a constitutional majority of five-therefore and had votes, against two and one abstention from voting.
