The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + UNIQUE ARTICLE Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 4 4 of 12 January 2017 on the extension of the deadline provided for in art. IV of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 51/2016 to amend and supplement Law no. 171/2010 on the establishment and sanctioning of forest contraventions, as well as for the establishment of measures in the granting of social assistance benefits, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 41 41 of 16 January 2017. This law was adopted by the Romanian Parliament, in compliance with the provisions art. 75 and ale art. 76 76 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution, republished .
