The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article I Government Ordinance no. 105/1999 on the granting of rights to persons persecuted by the regimes established in Romania with effect from 6 September 1940 until 6 March 1945 for ethnic reasons, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 426 of 31 August 1999, approved with amendments and additions by Law no. 189/2000 , as amended and supplemented, shall be amended as follows: 1. Article 2 will have the following contents: + Article 2 ((1) Persons who were in the situations provided in art. 1 1 para. ((1) lit. a) and b) are entitled to a monthly allowance of 400 lei for each year of deportation or detention. ((2) Persons who were in the situations provided in art. 1 1 para. ((1) lit. c), d) and g) are entitled to a monthly allowance of 250 lei for each year of displacement, forced labor or evacuation from their own home. ((3) Persons who were in the situations provided in art. 1 1 para. ((1) lit. e) are entitled to a monthly allowance of 400 lei. 2. Article 3 will have the following contents: + Article 3 The surviving spouse of the deceased, from the category of persons referred to in 1 1 para. ((1) lit. a)-e) and g), as well as the person who was in the situation provided in art. 1 1 para. ((1) lit. f) benefit from the first of the month following the month in which the application was submitted, under the conditions of this ordinance, of a monthly allowance of 200 lei, if they subsequently did not remarry. + Article II The rights provided in art. It shall be granted as follows: a) as of 1 July 2017, for persons who have been in the situations referred to in art. 1 1 para. ((1) lit. a) , b) , d) and e) of Government Ordinance no. 105/1999 , approved with amendments and additions by Law no. 189/2000 , with subsequent amendments and completions, as well as with the amendments made by this law; b) as of 1 January 2018, for persons who have been in the situations referred to in art. 1 1 para. ((1) lit. c) and g) , as well as for the categories of beneficiaries provided in art. 3 3 of Government Ordinance no. 105/1999 , approved with amendments and additions by Law no. 189/2000 , with subsequent amendments and completions, as well as with the amendments made by this law. + Article III Government Ordinance no. 105/1999 on the granting of rights to persons persecuted by the regimes established in Romania with effect from 6 September 1940 until 6 March 1945 for ethnic reasons, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 426 of 31 August 1999, approved with amendments and additions by Law no. 189/2000 , with subsequent amendments and completions, as well as with the amendments made by this law, will be republished in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, giving the texts a new numbering. This law was adopted by the Romanian Parliament, in compliance with the provisions art. 75 and ale art. 76 76 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution, republished .
