The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + UNIQUE ARTICLE It is ratified Protocol signed in Bucharest, on 4 July 2016, amending the Convention between Romania and the Republic of to avoid double taxation and prevent tax evasion with regard to income and capital taxes, signed in Bucharest on 6 June 1996 and ratified by Law no. 26/1997 , published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 46 46 of 18 March 1997. This law was adopted by the Romanian Parliament, in compliance with the provisions art. 75 and ale art. 76 76 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution, republished .
