The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + UNIQUE ARTICLE Approval Government Emergency Ordinance no. 92 92 of 29 November 2016 for amendment art. 1 1 of Law no. 49/1991 on the granting of allowances and bonuses to invalids, veterans and war widows and for the establishment of measures concerning the rights provided for in art. 11 11 of Law no. 44/1994 on war veterans, as well as some rights of invalids and war widows, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 1.005 of 14 December 2016, with the following amendments and additions: 1. Title of Emergency Ordinance is amended and will read as follows: EMERGENCY ORDINANCE for the amendment art. 1 1 of Law no. 49/1991 on the granting of allowances and bonuses to invalids, veterans and war widows, as well as for the establishment of measures on the rights granted to war veterans, invalids and war widows, as well as veterans ' widows of war " 2. Article II is repealed. 3. After Article III two new articles, Articles IV and V are inserted, with the following contents: + Article IV ((1) Money rights granted under the Law no. 49/1991 on the granting of allowances and bonuses to invalids, veterans and war widows, with subsequent amendments and completions, the Law no. 44/1994 on war veterans, as well as some rights of invalids and war widows, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, and the Law no. 49/1999 on I.O.V.R. pensions, with subsequent amendments and completions, and paid through pension houses/sectoral pension houses, are not considered to provide social allowance for pensioners regulated by Government Emergency Ordinance no. 6/2009 on the establishment of the guaranteed minimum social pension, approved by Law no. 196/2009 ,, as amended. ((2) Provisions of para. ((1) shall apply from the first of the month following that in which the law approving this emergency ordinance comes into force. + Article V ((1) Money rights granted under the Law no. 49/1991 , as amended and supplemented, the Law no. 44/1994 , republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, and of Law no. 49/1999 , with subsequent amendments and completions, is indexed annually by the state budget law. ((2) On the date of entry into force of the law approving this emergency ordinance is repealed: a) art. 2 ^ 1 of Law no. 49/1991 on the granting of allowances and bonuses to invalids, veterans and war widows, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 162 of 1 August 1991, with subsequent amendments and completions; b) art. 21 21 of Law no. 44/1994 on war veterans, as well as some rights of invalids and war widows, republished in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 783 of 28 October 2002, with subsequent amendments and completions; c) para. ((2) of art. 3 3 of Law no. 49/1999 on pensions I.O.V.R., published in the Official Gazette, Part I, of Romania no. 135 of 1 April 1999, with subsequent amendments and completions. This law was adopted by the Romanian Parliament, in compliance with the provisions art. 75 and ale art. 76 76 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution, republished .
