The Romanian Parliament adopts this law + Article I Social Assistance Law no. 292/2011 , published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 905 of 20 December 2011, as amended, shall be amended and supplemented as follows: 1. La Article 30 (3), point a) is amended and will read as follows: a) accommodation services, for a fixed or indefinite period: residential centers, sheltered housing, social-type boarding, night shelters, etc.; 2. La Article 30 (4), by letter c) Insert a new letter, letter c ^ 1), with the following contents: c ^ 1) in social-type boarding schools; 3. La Article 73 (2), by letter d) Insert a new letter, letter e), with the following contents: e) social services aimed at ensuring the accommodation and care of students, students and young people, who come from families in situations of difficulty, in social-type boarding schools. 4. La Article 73, paragraph 3 is amended and will read as follows: ((3) Social services provided in par. (2) may be granted in institutions/social assistance units, respectively in day-care centers, residential centers, social-type hospitalized, as well as at the family home, at the home of the person who gives care to his child in the community. 5. La Article 74, paragraph 2 is amended and will read as follows: ((2) In the case of social services provided for in 73 73 para. ((2) lit. b), d) and e), as well as other social services intended for the child in the family, established by the special law, parents can bear part of their expenses, paying a contribution established according to the level of the cost of the service per beneficiary and income level per family member. The amount of the contribution, the services offered, the obligations and the rights of the parties are entered in the service supply contract, concluded between the supplier and the parent/legal representative + Article II After Article 1 of Law no. 34/1998 on the granting of subsidies to Romanian associations and foundations with legal personality, which establish and manage social assistance units, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 29 of 27 January 1998, a new article is inserted, Article 1 ^ 1, with the following contents: + Article 1 ^ 1 The provisions of art. 1 also properly benefits the cults recognized in Romania, accredited as social service providers according to the law. This law was adopted by the Romanian Parliament, in compliance with the provisions art. 75 and ale art. 76 76 para. (1) of the Romanian Constitution, republished .
