With the grounds expressed in the Parliamentary Appreciation Application No. 26 /XI/1. th, the undersigned Members of the Parliamentary Group of the CFP, present the following Draft Resolution: The Assembly of the Republic, in the terms and for the purposes of Article 169 of the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic and of Article 189 (2), of Articles 193 and 194 of the Rules of the Assembly of the Republic, resolves to repeal the Decree-Law No. 29/2010, 1 of April, which " Extends until December 31, 2010 the application of the exceptional public procurement measures, allowing the adoption of the direct adjustment procedure for the conclusion of public works contracts, of leasing or acquisition of movable and acquisition of movable property and purchase of services, in the context of the pursuit of the object of the School Park, E.P.E., altering the Decree-Law No. 34/2009 of February 6 ".
