DRAFT RESOLUTION NO. 70 /XI

Displacement of the President of the Republic to Catalonia and Andorra

His Excellency the President of the Republic required, pursuant to paragraph 1 of the article

129 and (b) of Article 163 of the Constitution, the Assembly's assentiment of the

Republic to move on official visit to Catalonia to preside over

Inaugural Ceremony of the Iberian Forum and the Andorra on a visit to the Portuguese Community,

on days 4 a to 7 of the next March.

Thus, I present to the Assembly of the Republic, in the regimental terms, the following

draft resolution:

" The Assembly of the Republic resolves, in accordance with point (b) of the article

163 and of Article 166 (5) of the Constitution, give the opinion of the

travel of His Excellency the President of the Republic to Catalonia and the

Andorra, on days 4 a to 7 of the next March. "
