DRAFT RESOLUTION is N. º 18/XI/1. th On the 10 anniversary of the ASSEMBLY of the REPUBLIC Di DRAFT RESOLUTION is N. º 18/XI/1. th On the 10 anniversary of the day for the Elimination of violence against women, taking into consideration the fundamental values of the constitutional order of the Republic of Portugal in respect for the equality of the pio princÃ citizens and citizen's freedoms and rights vis-à-vis its safeguards, in particular the right to life and integrity music fan and morale of humans;

The deputies and members is the Assembly of the Republic, on the occasion of the passage of the 10 anniversary of the institution of the international day for the Elimination of violence against women, say they identify with the princÃ principles and objectives underlying this efemÃ © ride, and condemn unreservedly the serious violation of Human rights that arises from the unequal relationship between women and men , and that violence tends to perpetuate.
They are also aware that violence against women represents a personal cost translated in inquantificÃ, suffering and economic cost ³ mico to society, which supports the costs of the services of health, law enforcement, judicial and social support that derive from the practice reiterated and expanded on this type of crime.
In their capacity as representatives of the people of Portuguese Timor legÃ s, the deputies and the Mrs is the Assembly of the Republic reaffirm that violence against women, including domestic violence ", should remain a priority on the agenda Poland national practice, and declare their ASSEMBLY of the PUBLIC will all do, in the framework of its competence ¢ references , and in collaboration with others is ³ body the sovereignty, the µ s institutions of local and regional authorities, as well as the µ s organization of civil society also they compromised in this cause, to: 1.
