Displacement of the President of the Republic to Spain

His Excellency the President of the Republic required, pursuant to paragraph 1 of the article

129 and (b) of Article 163 of the Constitution, the Assembly's assentiment of the

Republic to move on official visit to Spain on days 27 and 28 of the

next month of October, in order to participate in the meeting of the General Assembly of the

COTEC Europe.

Thus, I present to the Assembly of the Republic, in the regimental terms, the following

draft resolution:

" The Assembly of the Republic resolves, in accordance with point (b) of the article

163 and of Article 166 (5) of the Constitution, give the opinion of the

displacement of His Excellency the President of the Republic to Spain, nos

days 27 and 28 from the next month of October. "
