Decree-Law No. 47/2007 of 27 February 2007 established a new organic law for the IVDP, since outside established procedures in the Douro region, which are to be taken on call into question the proper functioning of the House of Douro once you are dropped numerous skills, skills that are fundamental to the sustainability of Casa do Douro as well for all growers in the region.

Thus, the CDS-PP Parliamentary Group presents the following draft resolution: pursuant to article 156 of the Constitution) and of (b)) of paragraph 1 of article 4 of the rules of procedure, the Parliament recommends the Government: the Government clarify the status and powers of the House of Douro in the set of institutional building of the wine of the Douro region , so that the resources of the House of Douro are actually used.
