Considering that the member states of the Community of Portuguese-speaking Countries

(CPLP) approved at the X Ordinary Meeting of the Council of Ministers of the CPLP, held

in Luanda, on days 19 and July 20, 2005, the Amendments to the Statutes of the Institute

International Portuguese-speaking (IILP) constants of the Resolution on Amendments to the

Statutes of the IILP, thus aiming at establishing institutional mechanisms of

rapprochement between the IILP organs and the CPLP.

Thus:

Under the terms of the paragraph d) of Article 197 (1) of the Constitution, the Government presents to the

Assembly of the Republic the following motion for a resolution:

Approve Amendments to the Statutes of the International Portuguese Language Institute

(IILP), approved at the X Ordinary Meeting of the Council of Ministers of the CPLP, held

in Luanda, on days 19 and July 20, 2005, constants of the Resolution on the Changes

to the Statutes of the IILP, the text of which, in the authenticated version in the Portuguese language, publishes

in attachment.
