Displacement of the President of the Republic to Naples

His Excellency the President of the Republic required, pursuant to paragraph 1 of the article

129 and (b) of Article 163 of the Constitution, the Assembly's assentiment of the

Republic to move on official visit to Naples on days 12 and 13 of the

next month of June, in order to participate in the meeting of Heads of State of the " Group

of Arraiolos ".

Thus, I present to the Assembly of the Republic, in the regimental terms, the following

draft resolution:

" The Assembly of the Republic resolves, in accordance with point (b) of the article

163 and of Article 166 (5) of the Constitution, give the opinion of the

displacement of His Excellency the President of the Republic to Naples,

between days 12 and 13 of the next month of June. "
