Endeavor of Rehabilitation of the Senate Room of the Palace of Saint

The Assembly of the Republic resolves, in accordance with Article 166 (5) of the

Constitution, the following:

Single article

1-On the grounds of imperative urgency and the fact that the respective

execution duty to be accompanied by special security measures, the

undertaking of global rehabilitation of the coverage and seismic reinforcement of the

main wall of the Senate Room of the Palace of St. Benedict will be held

with recourse to direct adjustment, with invitation to a minimum of five companies

accredited by the National Security Authority.

2-Without prejudice to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, it shall apply to the emplyor

in it referred to the Code of Public Procurement, approved by the Decree-Law

n. 18/2008 of January 29, rectified by the Declaration of Rectification

n 18-A/2008, of March 28 and amended by Law No. 59/2008, 11 of

September.
