Proposal for Resolution No. 108 /X
Considering the adoption in Lisbon, on September 30, 2007, of the Agreement between Ireland,
the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Kingdom of Spain, the Italian Republic, the Portuguese Republic,
the French Republic and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland establishing
a Centre for Marine Analysis and Operations-Narcotics;
Considering that the Contraent States recognize the importance of strengthening the
existing operational mechanisms in the fight against international trafficking of
narcotic drugs.
Thus:
Under the terms of the paragraph d) of Article 197 (1) of the Constitution, the Government presents to the
Assembly of the Republic the following motion for a resolution:
Approving the Agreement between Ireland, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Kingdom of Spain, the
Italian Republic, the Portuguese Republic, the French Republic and the United Kingdom of
Britain and Northern Ireland establishing a Centre for Analysis and Operations
Maritime-Narcotics, adopted in Lisbon on September 30, 2007, the text of which
authenticated versions in the Dutch, English, French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish languages,
is published in attachment.
