Displacement of the President of the Republic to Poland and Slovakia

His Excellency the President of the Republic required, pursuant to paragraph 1 of the article

129 and (b) of Article 163 of the Constitution, the Assembly's assentiment of the

Republic to be absent from the national territory, in Visit of State to Poland and to the

Slovakia between days 1 and 6 of the next September.

Thus, I present to the Assembly of the Republic, in the regimental terms, the following

draft resolution:

" The Assembly of the Republic resolves, in accordance with point (b) of the article

163 and of Article 166 (5) of the Constitution, give the opinion of the

State Visit of His Excellency the President of the Republic to Poland

and Slovakia, between days 1 and 6 of the next month of September. "
