Displacement of the President of the Republic to Italy and the Holy See

His Excellency the President of the Republic required, pursuant to paragraph 1 of the article

129 and (b) of Article 163 of the Constitution, the Assembly's assentiment of the

Republic to be absent from the national territory, on displacement of official character to

Italy between days 26 and 28 of the current month of June, to participate, in Naples, in the

IV International COTEC Symposium, following after to Rome for a Visit

Official to the Holy See.

Thus, I present to the Assembly of the Republic, in the regimental terms, the following

draft resolution:

" The Assembly of the Republic resolves, in accordance with point (b) of the article

163 and Article 166 (5) of the Constitution, give the visit an assentiment

of the official character of His Excellency the President of the Republic to Italy and

to the Holy See, between days 26 and 28 of the current month of June. "
