Travel of the President of the Republic to Mozambique

His Excellency the President of the Republic required, pursuant to paragraph 1 of the article

129 and (b) of Article 163 of the Constitution, the Assembly's assentiment of the

Republic to be absent from the national territory, on a state visit to Mozambique,

between days 23 and 26 of the next month of March.

Thus, I present to the Assembly of the Republic, in the regimental terms, the following

draft resolution:

" The Assembly of the Republic resolves, in accordance with point (b) of the article

163 and Article 166 (5) of the Constitution, give the visit an assentiment

of State of His Excellency the President of the Republic to Mozambique,

between days 23 and 26 of the next month of March. "
