Displacement of the President of the Republic to Spain

His Excellency the President of the Republic required, pursuant to paragraph 1 of the article

129 and (b) of Article 163 of the Constitution, the Assembly's assentiment of the

Republic to be absent from the national territory, on displacement of official character to

Spain on days 10 and 11 of the next February in order to be conferred on you the

degree of doctor honoris causa by the University of León.

Thus, I present to the Assembly of the Republic, in the regimental terms, the following

draft resolution:

" The Assembly of the Republic resolves, in accordance with point (b) of the article

163 and Article 166 (5) of the Constitution, give the visit an assentiment

of the official character of His Excellency the President of the Republic a

Spain, on days 10 and 11 of the next month of February. "
