DISPLACEMENT OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC ON A VISIT OF

OFFICIAL CHARACTER RIGA

His Excellency the President of the Republic required, pursuant to paragraph 1 of the article

129 and (b) of Article 163 of the Constitution, the Assembly's assentiment of the

Republic to be absent from the national territory, on displacement of official character to

Riga, on days 10 and 11 of the next April, for a meeting of Heads of State

within the framework of the Arraiolos Process.

Thus, I present to the Assembly of the Republic, in the regimental terms, the following

draft resolution:

" The Assembly of the Republic resolves, in accordance with point (b) of the article

163 and of Article 166 (5) of the Constitution, give the opinion of the

travel on an official nature visit of His Excellency the President

from the Republic to Riga, on days 10 and 11 from the next April. "
