JOURNEY OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC TO THE REPUBLIC OF

GUINÉ-BISSAU

His Excellency the President of the Republic required, pursuant to paragraph 1 of the article

129 and (b) of Article 163 of the Constitution, the Assembly's assentiment of the

Republic to be absent from the national territory, on an official journey to the

Republic of Guinea-Bissau, in order to participate in the VI Conference of Heads of State

and of the Government of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries-CPLP, to take place in the

next day 17 of the current month of July.

Thus, I present to the Assembly of the Republic, in the regimental terms, the following

draft resolution:

" The Assembly of the Republic resolves, in accordance with point (b) of the article

163 and of Article 166 (5) of the Constitution, give the opinion of the

travel of an official character of His Excellency the President of the Republic

to the Republic of Guinea-Bissau, on the next day 17 of the current month of

July. "
