First Amendment to Law No. 13/2006 of April 17,
On the Collective Transport of Children
The approval, and consequent publication, of Law No. 13/2006 of April 17, presents
a substantial error that is not in line with the legislative thinking behind the
standard that it is intended to change.
The sobredite law was passed unanimously, recognizing all groups
parliamentarians that there is a substantial error and are in accordance with this amendment
legislative.
So, in the applicable constitutional and regimental terms, the Deputies below-
signed present the following Draft Law:
Article 1.
Amendment to Law No. 13/2006 of April 17
Article 29º of Law No. 13/2006 of April 17 is replaced by the following:
" Article 29º

1. (...)
2. Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 8º of Chapter II and in Articles 10º, 14,
15º, 16 and 17º of Chapter III, at the time referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be added:
a) Six months for the generality of the carrier entities;
b) One year for the municipal chambers;
c) Two years for the freguish joints, private institutions of
social solidarity and other not-for-profit legal persons;

d) Three years for not-for-profit legal persons whose object
social is the promotion of cultural, recreational activities and
sports. "
Article 2.
Start of the Watch
This Law shall come into force on the day following that of its publication.
