DRAFT RESOLUTION NO. 123 /X

THE JOURNEY OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC TO THE REPUBLIC OF BOSNIA-

-HERZEGOVINA AND THE PROVINCE OF KOSOVO

His Excellency the President of the Republic required, pursuant to paragraph 1 of the article

129 and (b) of Article 163 of the Constitution, the Assembly's assentiment of the

Republic to be absent from the national territory, on an official journey to the

Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina and the Province of Kosovo, in the coming days 20 and 21

of the current month of April, to visit the national forces deployed there.

Thus, I present to the Assembly of the Republic, in the regimental terms, the following

draft resolution:

" The Assembly of Republica resolves, in accordance with (b) of the article

163 and of Article 166 (5) of the Constitution, give the opinion of the

travel of an official character of His Excellency the President of the Republic

to the Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina and to the Province of Kosovo, in the

next days 20 and 21 of the current month of April. "
